Main Applications

Operation and Maintenance
The hammer crusher is a high-speed rotary crushing machine. In
order to ensure its normal operation, the operator must strictly
follow the operation procedures and do the maintenance work of the
equipment.
(1) Before starting and stopping the machine, contact with the
relevant upper and lower processes of the machine, and carry out
the correct operation according to the sequence of starting and
stopping.
(2) The crusher needs to be started empty, pay attention to the
material in the crushing chamber should be unloaded empty before
stopping.
(3) Check all the ground bolts and liner bolts of the equipment
frequently for looseness, if there is any looseness, they should be
tightened in time.
(4) often check the use of easy-to-wear wearing parts such as
hammer head and liner plate, if found, should be dealt with in a
timely manner.
(5) to often look at the lubrication situation, to maintain a good
state of the lubrication system. Rotor bearing temperature should
be kept below 60 ℃, the highest does not exceed 70 ℃, such as the
discovery of over-temperature should identify the causes, timely
measures to eliminate.
(6) Keep feeding evenly, and pay attention to not make metal debris
feeding.
(7) Pay attention to check whether the size of the discharge
material meets the quality requirements, if not, the grate should
be replaced or the height of the grate bracket should be adjusted.
