The JKY60 Double Stage Vacuum Extruder is used to thoroughly mix the processed brick making raw materials in the upper mixing tank and squeeze them into the vacuum chamber. In the vacuum chamber, most of the gas in the raw materials is extracted by a vacuum pump, thereby improving the plasticity, adhesion, and density of the raw materials. Finally, through high-pressure extrusion at the lower level, high-strength solid bricks or hollow brick billets are formed.
The allowable extruder pressure of this equipment is 4MPa. In order to adapt to different production processes, some configurations of this equipment can be changed to adapt to hard plastic extrusion molding, semi hard plastic extrusion molding, and soft plastic extrusion molding. To produce products of different specifications, it is necessary to choose and customize corresponding machine heads and machine mouth molds.

Out-wall decoration bricks come with smooth surface and uniform color , and normally burning fuel is natural gas or coal powder, which is showered into the burning kiln by specific tube system. Out-wall decoration bricks also can be called as Face bricks.
