Material
1. Descriptions:
Honeycomb core is a High-density honeycomb like material used as
the core material for sandwich structures. More than 500 different
materials can be used for manufacturing, and the main honeycomb
core material is aramid fiber paper impregnated with resin, with a
resin content of about 50%. Honeycomb holes are mostly hexagonal in
shape. Its properties depend on the material, hole shape and size,
etc. The Shear strength of hexagonal aramid honeycomb core along
the L direction is about twice that of the W direction. Mainly used
as aircraft radome, radome, aircraft floor, Rudder Aircraft
rudders, etc
