Commercial grade nomex honeycomb cores and aviation grade nomex
honeycomb cores. Aramid fiber honeycomb core, also known as nomex
honeycomb core, is an ultra-light, high-strength non-metallic
material produced through printing, stacking, hot pressing,
stretching, impregnation, curing, slicing and other processing
processes using aramid fiber paper. It is widely used in the
aerospace, military, radar antenna, transportation, and
construction sectors to manufacture lightweight sandwich panels.
BEECORE aramid paper honeycomb core is available based on below
conditions:
Cell Size: 3.2mm, 4.8mm, 6.4mm, 9.6mm;
Density: 29-144 kg/m3;
Minimum Core Thickness: 1mm;
Dimension: 1300*2600mm, it can be cut into the dimension you need.
