Description:

• Horizontal type flange fit up machine is composed by pair of self aligned fit up rotator, column, auxiliary oil cylinder jig, hydraulic system & electric control system and so on.
  
• Pair of self aligned fit up rotator is composed 1power unit & 1 idler unit. Each unit has pair of cradle structure with 2 wheels of each. Cradle structure is connected with oil cylinder independently extact/retreat under hydraulic driven.
  
• There is motorized trolley under pedestal of the self aligned fit up rotator, it could motorized travel on the rail frame of the machine.
  
• Column post at end of the rail frame using to hold & adjust the flange.
  
• Liftable hook, which using to hold top of the flange, could vertically moving along with the column, suitable for different size flange.
  
• There is hydraulic jig at bottom of the column using to hold & press the flange bottom.
  
• Hydraulic system is connected with all hydraulic cylinder to provide stable & strong diving force
  
• Electric control system is including control cabinet & pendant controller.
