Ultrasonic Plastic Pipe Wall Thickness Measurement Gauge is a
real-time monitoring system for plastic pipe quality control with
high precision, which includes world-class ultrasound sensors and
data processing software and hardware.
It can realize online measurement of multiple geometric dimensions
such as wall thickness.

Ultrasonic probe distribution structure
The ultrasonic transmitter inside of scanning box can measure
various range of pipe wall thickness
-The numember of ultrasonic probe inside scanning box:4,8,16pcs
- IPB68 protection grade of ultrasonic probes
- Multi-layer pipe measuring is available and thickness of each
layer could separately display.(optional).
Scanning Box
Inside the Scanning box, there is intergrated ultrasonic probes,
probe cooling and purging devices.
The probes convert the DSP Processing pulse incentive energy into
ultrasonic wave and send it out, then convert the small echo
signals into weak electricity signals and transmit back to DSP for
data processing.
