The structure and working principle of the machine
1. Structure: This machine is composed of a frame, a working platform, an electric control box, a wine injection hose, a wine injection head, an air control valve, pneumatic components, and a liquid level controller.
2. Working principle: The programmable controller produced by German Siemens in the electric control box controls each actuator. Press the button and the 5/2 solenoid valve is energized. The cylinder drives the filling head down to press the wine barrel on the workbench (the filling head and the wine are opened at the same time), and after 4 seconds, the two-position two-way solenoid valve is energized (opened), and the carbon dioxide of the liquid level controller After 6 seconds, the two-position three-way solenoid valve and the two-position two-way solenoid valve are energized (opened), the two-position three-way solenoid valve is opened, and the filling of the air-controlled angle seat valve starts. After the wine is filled, the The
proximity switch on the liquid level controller sends a signal, the two-position three-way solenoid valve is powered off and the air control valve is closed, and the two-position two-way solenoid valve and the two-position five-way solenoid valve are also powered off, the cylinder automatically returns, and the one-time filling The outfit is over.
