Machine is composed by: Hydraulic main pushing machine, hydraulic pump,
operate panel, control panel of generators, medium frequency,
compensating capacitor, water cable, induction coils adjust frame,
reactor.
The following parts shall be ready by customer:
a. cooling system (tank, water pump, water shed, water pipeline low
and above)
b. connection cables
c. hydraulic oil : L-HM anti- wear hydraulic oil
d. heating coils, mandrils according to production scope
e. related machine: press machine, cutting machine for ends of
pipe, elbow testing machine .
We also supply:
Tee cold forming machine, hot mandrel elbow machine, induction tube
bending machine, elbow chamfer machine, tee beveling machine,
reducer beveling machine, pipe&tube processing machine, pipe
end facing machine, die mould and mandrills, pipe fittings.
