Description

The concentric reducer is directly connected with the steel pipe by butt welding, which is made of steel hot pressing or forging. Classification: pushing, pressing, forging and casting. There are also eccentric reducers corresponding to concentric reducers. Reducer is generally used to connect, for example, the reducer at the outlet of centrifugal pump is to make the pipeline connected with the inlet and outlet of the pump. The inlet is generally large and the outlet is small and large.

The shrinkage forming process of concentric reducer is to put the tube blank with the same diameter as the large end of the reducer into the forming die, and the metal moves along the die cavity and shrinks to form by pressing along the axial direction of the tube blank.
