Usage: The machine presses the raw paper into corrugated core paper and glue it together with a smooth piece of paper, come into being single corrugated paper.

Vacuum suction system provide perfect flute shape,blast volume controller is equipped.

Separate upper and lower roll from the main machine,with guide way equipped to the bridge,easy to change rolls.

Gimbal transmission,individual driving box to improve running stability. Closed gear drive and the gears are lubricated with grease to prolong the using life.

Pneumatic control of the upper roll,press roll and gluing roll.

The bearing of corrugated roll and press rolls are lubriated by high temperature lubricating grease.

Electric control rotating glue roll while the main motor stop to avoid the glue drying.

Automatic adjust glue quantity according speed,electric adjustment optional.

The corrugated roll is made of special alloy steel of 48CrMo with grinding process and hardened with hardness of HRC56-60.Surface could with tungsten carbide optional.
