Usage: The machine presses the raw paper into corrugated core paper and glue it together with a smooth piece of paper, come into being corrugated paper. It can change a variety of shapes on the same mainframe.

Cassette corrugated roll:it can exit and easy replace.Corrugated roll controlled by pneumati. It is fixed by side and bottom of the wall.

Glue roll and doctor roll drive by gimbal transmission (pneumatic clutch),can exit (easy cleanout)and attached electrical glue separated device.

Wind pressure:negative pressure inner-adsorption. The way of paper transmitting adopts puissant adsorption, make corrugatd paper more smooth.

The corrugated roll is made of special alloy steel of 48CrMo with grinding process and hardened with hardness of HRC56-60.Surface could with tungsten carbide optional.

Automatic adjust glue quantity according speed,electric adjustment optional.
