corrugated paper.
2.Machine function:
*This machine is cassette type design, easy and quick to change
flute, the change corrugated roller time very short
*Main drive adopt converter control, sync belt drive, noise lower
and running stable
*Pressure roller adopt dynamic design, make the cardboard
indentation is light, the surface is more flatten
*Pressure roller adopt electrical adjust the clearance and show the
value
* Glue unit clearance control by electrical, show the value
* With steam shower system
* Pre heater roller with Auto rotary function, electrical wrap
angle
* According to the speed PLC automatic control glue thickness
*Corrugated roller is positioned under the pressure roller, it will
be reduce the machine center of gravity and reduce
vibration
*Glue unit adopt independent driver the whole unit can be movable,
easy to clean and repair,pneumatic motor control

* Corrugated roller flute can be choose B,C (Tungsten carbide
roller are optional)
* Adopt inner suction type corrugated roller, so the cardboard will
be more flattening
*Corrugated roller, pressure roller, glue roller ,all adopt
pneumatic control
