Usage: The machine presses the raw paper into corrugated core paper
and glue it together with a smooth piece of paper, come into being
single corrugated paper.

Flooding system lubrication of the reduction gearbox, three axis
gimbal transmission, isolated power supply, frequency converter
control of the main unit.
Pneumatic control of the flute roll,press roll and gluing roll.
Vacuum suction guiding of paper provide perfect flute shape in high
speed, blast volume controller is equipped.
The bearing of corrugated roll and press rolls are lubriated by
high temperature lubricating grease.
Auto-circulating glue feeding system is provided.
The corrugated roll is made of special alloy steel of 48CrMo with
grinding process and induction with hardness of HRC56-60.
Surface of gluing roll is embossed with netting design and chrome
plated.
