Product Description:
The AON6298 is a dual N-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET with
superior performance and low on-resistance. It is designed to
handle high current and can be used in a variety of applications
such as power management, power supply, motor control, and other
power conversion systems. The device is available in a tiny
SOT-23-6 package and has low gate capacitance and low gate-charge
characteristics.

- Low On-Resistance: RDS(ON) = 0.88Ω (typ)
- High Current Rating: ID = 20A (max)
- Low Input Capacitance: Ciss = 144pF (max)
- Low Gate Charge: Qg = 4.2nC (typ)
