Brief Introduction:
iqualitrol Integrated intelligent visual hardness tester, only need
to operate a touch panel computer, easy to get the measurement! And
all the parameters required for the test can be directly selected,
modified and analyzed on the computer.
The PC is connected in series with the hardness tester through the
communication protocol to control the mechanical movement part of
the hardness tester, which can realize: automatic multi-function
tower position, automatic identification of objective lens and
indenter, automatic loading, automatic load retention, automatic
unloading, and light brightness.
By linking with the built-in CCD measurement acquisition system, it
can display clear indentation image dynamics on the PC in real
time, and can also directly lock the indentation to automatically
measure the hardness value, automatically save the test data, and
generate a report.
The operation is very simple and fast, eliminating human
measurement errors. Integrated intelligent visual hardness tester,
with tablet computer as the platform, more application functions
can be expanded through the Internet, and external monitors,
printers and other equipment can also be connected. The side
rocking lifting screw adopts a worm gear structure, and the
transmission is stable.
