Brief Introduction:
iqualitrol automatic turret-type Vickers hardness tester is a
high-tech product of electromechanical and electromechanical
integration. The hardness tester is novel in design, has good
reliability, operability, and repeatability and is an ideal product
for testing Vickers hardness.
The machine uses computer software programming, optical measurement
system. Through the soft key input, the measurement of Vickers and
Knoop hardness can be selected, the intensity of the measuring
light source can be adjusted, the time of charge can be selected,
the test method and test force can be displayed on the LCD display,
and the indentation pair can be measured through the panel input.
The length of the corner line and the screen directly read the
hardness value, making it simple to check the table. Easy to use,
high measurement accuracy
This machine can be equipped with a Vickers measuring system:
continuous test for continuous reading of indentations after
continuous loading, and successive experiments for each loading and
each reading indentation. Using a digital camera with a convenient
ccd camera, video cable, or USB interface, the measurement
indentation can be directly observed on the monitor, and the
accuracy can be measured with the mouse. For setting test
conditions, displaying results, etc. can be operated and displayed
clearly and quickly.
Through the measurement software, it can be easily operated by a
computer. A single point measurement can be used to randomly
measure multiple points and statistical measurement data. The
distance between two or more measurement points can be arbitrarily
set. Permeation layer depth measurement can be measured along X or
Y directions,Statistical measurement data, according to the user
input automatically determine the depth of hardened layer
