mixing, such as PVC, color master batch. It consists of roll,

How does the shearing effect of the rubber material occur? And who
is the magnitude of the shear force related to?
The shearing effect is caused by the speed ratio of the front and
rear rollers. The larger the speed ratio, the greater the shearing
force.
Does the size of the roller distance affect the shearing effect of
the rubber compound and the rubber mixing effect?
For the same machine, the speed ratio and the linear speed of the
roller are fixed, and the speed gradient can be increased by
reducing the roller distance, thereby increasing the shearing
effect on the rubber compound. Such as the thin-through
plasticizing of raw rubber, this is the truth. When the velocity
gradient value is large, the effect of rubber mixing is good,
especially for breaking and plasticizing. However, when the energy
required for shear deformation of the rubber material increases,
the temperature of the rubber material rises, so it is necessary to
strengthen the cooling.
