Product Description:
1.There are two sets of light paths inside the vertical machine:
visible light path and infrared light path.
2.The visible light path is similar to the common color color color
sorter, which mainly realizes sorting according to the color
difference and shape difference of materials;
3.The infrared light path can realize sorting according to the
material difference.
4.The infrared light path of the model has been upgraded.
5.It extracts the infrared signals of two bands of materials at the
same time.
6.By comparing the infrared signals of the two bands, the influence
of material thickness, angle and ambient light on the infrared
camera can be eliminated, so that the material identification is
more accurate and can be applied to more complex materials.
7. A set of infrared light source is installed in the front and
rear separation boxes of the machine to illuminate the materials.
At the same time, two infrared InGaAs cameras are installed at the
front and rear of each channel. They can respectively obtain two
band infrared signals of the two surfaces of the material before
and after the material. It can identify the material difference of
the complex non-material and realize the sorting.
8. This machine is mainly used for complex non-homogeneous
materials, such as removing nut shell, stem, stone, soil block and
other impurities from nut kernel at the same time. It is very
suitable for almond, almond, hickory, big walnut, pecans, macadamia
nut, hazelnut, chestnut, pistachio, peanut, sunflower seed and
other materials.
