Infrared Color Sorter Machine Introduction
Only the front view single infrared vertical machine contains two
sets of light paths: visible light path and infrared light path.
The visible light path is similar to the ordinary color color
sorter, which mainly realizes sorting according to the color
difference and shape difference of materials; the infrared light
path can realize the separation according to the material
difference.
A set of infrared light source is installed in the front sorting
box to illuminate the materials. At the same time, an infrared
InGaAs camera is installed at the front of each channel, which can
identify the material difference of the whole material, so as to
realize sorting.
This machine is mainly used for simple bulk materials, such as
removing quartz sand with the same color and shape from rice.
