The working principle of the cement injection grouting pump is that
it is composed of two independent pump heads and the cylinder
respectively to inhale two different liquids into the construction
body after being mixed by the mixer, and the driving part is that
the motor drives the gear pump to produce pressure oil.

Working Performance of Cement Injection Grouting Pump:
Cement injection grouting pump is professional grouting equipment,
which can realize both single-liquid grouting and double-liquid
grouting. Because of the full hydraulic pressure, small size and
light weight, it can be used in a wide range of construction. Good
adjustability: the pump's pressure displacement can be arbitrarily
adjusted within the design range. When the pressure exceeds the
allowable pressure, the relief valve will automatically open and
the cylinder and working cylinder will stop working, thus playing a
safe role. The motor and air cooler of this series of grouting pump
can be used in flammable and explosive construction sites such as
coal mines after being replaced with explosion-proof components. A
shock-resistant pressure gauge is installed in the hydraulic
system, which can accurately reflect the working state of the pump.
This series of hydraulic grouting pumps can also be used as water
pumps, sewage pumps and mud pumps.
