This system is designed as regards to customer raw water test
report and application.
Pumps:
CHUNKE is using CNP//Danfoss pump for high pressure pumps and raw
water pump. We are using SEKO
pump for chemical dosing. As regards to customer budget, customer
can choose one brand from them.
Sand Filter Tank:
We are giving three option to you for sand filter tank; FRP,
Stainless Steel S304 and Stainless Steel 316. For food
and pharmaceutical industry we suggest SS316, of course the raw
water source is also is important to choose tank
material. To choose correct tank, we have to check every data of
your application and then suggest to you most
appropriate solution.
CHUNKE has all kind of sand media at its stock. Commonly customers
are using 1-2mm,2-4mm, 4-8mm,
8-16mm size Quartz Sand.
If you want to use FRP tank, the tank size is Ф900x 1850mm, our code for this tank is CK-3672. Flow rate is
10-15 m3/h and you can put 1050kg sand inside.
If you want to use Stainless Steel 304 or 316 tank the tank size is
Ф350 x 1650mm, our code for this tank is
CK1-3672. Flow rate is 10-15 m3/h and you can put 1050kg sand
inside.
Carbon Filter Tank:
Carbon filter is same with sand filter,tank material will be
decided by you and our engineering team as FRP
orstainless Steel 304or 316.
If you want to use FRP tank, the tank size is Ф900 x 1850mm, our code for this tank is CK-3672. Flow rate is
10-15 m3/h and you can put 350kg activated carbon inside.
If you want to use Stainless Steel 304 or 316 tank the tank size is
Ф900x 1850mm, our code for this tank is
CK1-3672. Flow rate is 10-15 m3/h and you can put 350kg activated
carbon inside.
Water Softener (Resin) Tank:
If you raw water has hardness, you can choose CHUNKE water softener
tank in your system, size is same with
sand and carbon filter. You can choose material as FRP or Stainless
Steel. You can put 700L resin in CK-3672
type FRP tank.
Cartridge Filter Housing & Cartridge:
All our Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Machine has cartridge
filter housing before membrane, membranes
are most important and expensive parts of system. Therefore we have
to protect them, cartridge filter housing
material is SS304 or SS316. We mostly using 5micron or 1 micron PP
cartridge. For 6000LPH 40" 7 pieces
cartridges are enough.
Our Stainless Steel Cartridge Housing code is CK40-7core×40", its
diameter is 230mm, it has 7 core (you can
put 5 cartridges), cartridge height is 40" and all universal
cartridge is suitable to use in our housing.
We suggest you to change cartridges in every month.
Membrane Housing:
At CHUNKE we are using stainless steel or FRP (ceramic) type
membrane housing. It is depend on design and
application.
For 6000LPH machine, we have to use 8040 type membrane so as
regards to membrane size , we offer you two type
membrane housing as FRP and Stainless Steel (304 or 316).
Membrane:
The most important part of RO Water Treatment Machine is membrane,
in market there are a lot of membrane
available.
As regards to customer application and budget, our team offer from
Vontron/GE/DOW/TORAY brands. Our
company do not use no name membranes or low quality membranes.
For 6000LPH , you can choose one brand from below;type of the
membrane is 8040
