18TPH UV Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant For Food/ Bottle Drinking Processing
This is the machine Customer’s fourth order to Uzbekistan,
18000LPH RO system for bottle drinking line.
Equipment summarize:
Reverse osmosis system is using city water as raw water, reverse osmosis membrane. It can
remove particle, colloid, organic impurity, heavy metal ion,
bacteria, virus in water, and it can also remove 99% dissolved
salt. The whole system desalination rate can reach 96%-99% to make
permeated water conductivity<10 us/cm. Dense water also won’t
polluted environment. Reverse osmosis equipment no need to consider
about input water quality too much. And the main features of RO
equipment is no need to do any regeneration, it can be keep stable
for long time.
1. Process
(Raw water tank buyer supply)--->raw water pump--->UV
sterilizer--->secutiry filter 5um---> secutiry filter
1um--->high pressure pump--->reverse osmosis
system--->(pure water tank buyer supply) |
2. Function
Security filter: fill PP filter cartridge inside, prevent large particles,
bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um.
RO membrane: can remove particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal
ions, bacteria, virus, heat source etc. harmful substances and 99%
dissolved salts.
UV sterilizer: for killing bacterial in water, be safe for drinking.
CIP system: its help to cleaning the RO membrane, so that it can be have long
life span^^
3. Performance
*Main part (membrane) of reverse osmosis system is imported from
USA.
*Auto stop when no water and full water.
*Auto controller, RO membrane auto flush to protect membrane.
*Auto start when pure water tank have no water.
*Low pressure protection switch to protect high pressure pump when
there is no raw water.
*High efficient and low noise high pressure pump.
*Product water conductivity meter to monitor product water quality
all the time.
*Input water and output water pressure gauge to monitor RO membrane
*differential pressure to remind it’s time for chemical cleaning.
*Inlet water solenoid valve to stop water when machine is stop.
4. Applications
Feed water(source water):
city water, river water, lake water, underground water(borehole,
well), brackish water, sea water......
Treated water:
1. Electronic industry: Pre-filter for ultra pure water, chemical
products and pure water
2. Food and beverage industry: filter for mineral water, wines and
fruit juice
3. Medicine industry: filter for drug liquid, gases
4. Chemical industry: filter for organic solvent
5. Petroleum industry: filter for oil-field flooding
