Description of k338 Pancake Slip Ring

K338 series Pancake Slip Ring,hole size 38.1mm,OD 99mm,thickness ranges from 17.1~91.9mm .With AL alloy structure, sprecious metal +gold plating contact material which ensures stable rotation and low resistance fluctuation. It is mainly used in environments with limited vertical space and little restriction on horizontal space.

Pancake slip ring as a another form of through hole slip ring, which are designed for somewhere vertical space is limited while horzontal space is less restrictive. special high vacuum sealing technology&precious metal brush ensure the high reliability transmitting and rotating performance of slip ring.

Features of k338 Pancake Slip Ring

The slip ring has an inner diameter of 38.1mm and an outer diameter of 99mm, with a thickness ranging from 17.1mm to 91.9mm. The contact material is treated with precious metal and ultra-hard gold plating, ensuring stable operation and minimal resistance fluctuations. It can be used for mixed transmission of precision signals and power. The leaf spring contact is made of precious metal, which has high stability and reliability.
