WalthMac Gravimetric Feeding System is based on the weight
detection,by adopting and adjusting the screw speed from extruder
and the speed of haul off, installed on the plastic pipe/film
extrusion line to control the raw materials extrusion inlet and
finished product haul-off speed in real-time simultaneously. This
in-and-out closed loop control system can strictly control the
meter weight, pipeline/film thickness. Thus improve the quality
level and machine stability significantly. The system suitable for
all kinds of pipe extrusion machine.
