Walthmac Gravimetric Control System measures the material
consumption of the extruder and collects
the screw speed of the extrusion production line and the speed of
the tractor in real-time to form a closed-loop
control system.After setting the output of meter weight/extrusion,
according to this value,the system will adjust
the screw speed and haul off speed in real time to achieve the
real-time controlling of the pipe wall thickness.
