Biaxial Plastic Geogrid Introduction
PP Biaxial Geogrid is made of virgin Polypropylene(PP) and carbon
black, produced through extruding, punching, heating, longitudinal
stretching, transverse stretching. It has high tensile strength,
excellent interlock capacity and low creep deformation.

Biaxial Plastic Geogrid features

Biaxial Plastic Geogrid Application
1. Pavement treatment
The plastic geogrid can effectively distribute the load to the
wider subbase, so the thickness of the base can be reduced by 50%,
and the service life can be extended by three times. The plastic
geogrid can also improve the ability of the base to bear the
reciprocating load, and reduce the pumping effect of the
reciprocating load on the base and the bottom. The plastic geogrid
used to reinforce highway pavement should be laid in the lower part
of surface course or base course.
2. Reinforced support works
The friction effect of plastic geogrid in soil is much larger than
that of other reinforced members. At the same time, the grid is mat
shaped, which can fully contact with soil, resulting in greater
isolation and reinforcement effect. Therefore, the plastic geogrid
