Titanium alloy grade 5 round bar
Grade 5 titanium (Ti6Al4V) is the most common and widely used
material in titanium alloys.Titanium alloys are mainly used to make
aircraft engine compressor components, followed by structural
components for rockets, missiles and high-speed aircraft. In the
mid-1960s, titanium and its alloys were used in the general
industry for the production of electrodes for the electrolysis
industry, condensers for power stations, heaters for petroleum
refining and seawater desalination, and environmental pollution
control devices. Titanium and its alloys have become a corrosion
resistant structural material.
Gr5 titanium alloy bar is mainly divided into industrial grade,
medical grade and aviation grade. The chemical composition of each
grade is similar but not identical, and the physical properties are
obviously different. We can provide different grade products
according to customer requirements.
