Granule Cutting Machine for Plastic Recycling Pellet Machine

I.Working principle

The regulation motor drive the “rotating blade” and “nether roller” synchronously,which make “fixed blade” and “rotating blade” cut each other. The “PU roller” and “nether roller” are joggled by gear, which form a device of transporting material, The material bar are sent to device of transporting material by feeding inlet. and then come into cutting device. at last the finished granule are poured from material outlet.

III.Requirement of fixing

This machine have universal wheel,no need fixing groundsill,only need horizontal ground.Check the wire is connectiong or not,if it is ,only start power resource it is ok.

IV.Operation manual

Before starting machine

get rid of the protection cover on right and left,and check the belt is loose and tense and suitable oil is filled for gear or not
Check the “upper roller slide block”, ”slide groove” is locked by sundries or not,accordingly affect the slide of block up and down which will cause the pull is not enough. also check the surface on the upper roller there are damaged flute ,oil and mud.or not.
Unscrew the flying ring bolt and open the stainless steel cover, check the gap between fixed blade and rotating blade is suitable for the raw material cutted(Usually the gap is between 0.03-0.10mm, for PP and soft PVC raw material the gap is less

starting machine

before screw “two direction switch”,check “speed regulation switch” is in the position of “reset 0”,move “power switch” up and down beside “speed regulation switch” and confirm it is “off” or not.
First put on “two direction switch”.and then put the “green button switch” to start the motor.after this,move “speed regulation switch” to “on” position.After the “red light” is on,and then move ““two direction switch” slowly(clockwise mean accelerate, counter-clockwise mean decelerate),abserve the direction of PU roller and “nether roller”

Stop machine:Before stopping machine, firstly must make the “speed regulation switch” reset 0. ,secondly close the switch of speed regulation motor. let the motor run without cutting for 2 minutes for diffusing heating, thirdly press red botton to stop the motor.If the rotational direction is fixed,it is ok not to close the “two direction switch”

Note:

*The drawing bar temperature should be less 40℃,otherwise the “upper roller” life is short, and during cutting, the granule is easy to be clinged to blade, which will be waste granule.

The cutting machine is forbidden to work over loading.

*The diameter of drawing bar is not less 1mm,otherwise the “upper roller” is easy to be wrapped.

*During operating, it is forbidden to put on glove,forbidden to use forfex or others hard things to move drawing bar.

*If the granule have burr, or the drawing bar can not be cut off,should re-adjust the gap between the “rotating blade” and the “fixed blade”.

*The difference of drawing bar diameter is not more than 1mm,otherwise the pull will be not enough and easy to be skidded,easy to occur waste granule.

*The speed showed on the “speed regulation meter” is not less than 500RPM for long time during machine is working.
