3D master ceramic 4M3 is our NOCERA new generation of metal bond
ceramic. You can use
the opaque powder once or twice depanding on the labs technicans. This 3D master ceramic 4M3
can be used in both NiCr ceramic and CoCr ceramic. 3D master 4M3 has been used after first fired
washing opaque, helping to cover the color of metal or the color of the washing opaque.
Nowadays,it's very popular in a lot of dental labs. Dentist can choose the color by VITA shade
guide easily. And dental labs just use the right color to build it.
3D Master Ceramic 4M3's Composition:
1. SiO2: 35~65
2. Al2O3: 10~25
3. K2O: 8~15
4. TiO2:5~15
5. CeO2: 4~12
6. Pigment: 0~12
3D Master Ceramic 4M3's Charactristic:
1. Prefect bonding strength of porcelain fused to alloy or washing
opaque.
2. After firing not any bubbles and any cracks on the surface of opaque .
3. Nice covering the color of metal, no yellowrish.
4. Very easy for using, especially for new staff.
