3D master ceramic 4L1.5 is new ceramic material for dental metal using of our NOCERA
ceramic system. You can use this 3D master ceramic 4L1.5 opaque powder once or twice
depanding on the labs technicans. 3D master ceramic 4L1.5 will be used after first fired washing
opaque, helping to cover the color of washing opaque or the color of metal. Even you can use this
3D master ceramic 4L1.5 opaque powder directly with our washing opaque when you use nickel
chrome porcelain with Be. Nowadays a lot of labs choose our 3D master ceramic products instead
of others, because of the good quality and color. You will be

The Firing Schedule of 3D Master Ceramic 4L1.5 :
1. Preheat Temp: 600℃
2. Drying Time: 2 min
3. Heat Time: 6 min
4. Final Temp: 930℃
5. Holding Time: 1 min
6. Vacuum Start: 600℃
7. Vacuum Time: 6 min
The Characteristics of 3D Master Ceramic 4L1.5:
