Description:
This semi automatic skim coat or grouting mortar dry mix plant is
mainly composed of bucket elevator, twin shaft paddle mixer,
holding tank, packaging machine, dust collector, control cabinet,
air compressor. Can realize automatic feeding, automatic dust
removal, automatic mixing, automatic filling and packing.
The mixer is the most critical part of mortar materials in the
production, is the “heart” of the completed set of production line.
"BH Mixer” is a heavy-duty high efficient mixer for dry and mixing
mortar services based on foreign technolgy.

The mixing uniformity is over 99%, mixed within 3-5 minutes.
It greatly reduces unit energy consumption on the basis of
achieving quickly and efficient mixing accuracy through scientific
stirring principle and unique structure design. (In particular, it
is suitable for mixing and stirring on organic powder polystyrene
particles insulation mortar and inorganic thermal insulation glazed
hollow bead mortar).

Working principle:
1. Based on your formula and the mixture ratio, the raw material
will be manually put into the bottom of the bucket elevator.
2.Through the transportation of the belt conveyor, the material
will be conveyed to the biaxial agravic mixer, it can realize
automatic feeding, mixing, storing and packaging.
3. The equipment adopts high-efficiency biaxial agravic mixer as
its main mixing system. Requiring little investment and small area
but with good efficiency, it shall be an ideal one for small and
medium-sized company.
4. The dust collector can protect the working environment from the
dust, and greatly better for worker's health.
