This machine is used to produce carbonated soft drink, like cola, soda water, energy drink, etc.

It's for glass bottle aluminium rotary cap package, the filling cylinder can lift automaticlly only need to set on the touch screen according to diffirent bottle height.

Washing parts: SUS 304, compact structure, convient adjustment, small area touch with bottle mouth, avoid the secondary pollution for the bottle mouth efficiently, equipped with water collector to callback rinsed water.

Filling parts: equipped with CO2 accuracy pressure control, so that the liquid level is always stable. The machine obtains advantage of high reliability, high efficiency, high degree automation and easy operation.

Capping parts: Aluminum screw cap or Crown cap, etc. It is optional according to customers request. Different cap use different capping head.

1. Installation, debug
After equipment reached the workshop of customer, place the equipment according to plane layout we offered. We will arrange seasoned technician for equipment installation, debug and test production at the same time make the equipment reach the rated producing capacity of the line.

Our company offer technology training to customer. The content of training is structure and maintenance of equipment, control and operation of equipment. Seasoned technician will guide and establish training outline. After training, the technician of buyer could master the operation and maintenance, could adjust the process and treat different failures.
