4 cavity Full automatic blow molding machine is suitable for
producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes. It is
widely used to produce the carbonated bottle, mineral water,
pesticide bottle oil bottle cosmetics, wide-mouth bottle and hot
fill bottle etc.

As the bottle design involves the selection/design of the preform,
bottle blowing, filling and packaging, we have experienced
engineers involved in the bottle design work throughout the
process. Before designing, we will fully communicate with customers
to understand the needs, consider relevant technical points,
provide the final design to meet customer requirements, and ensure
smooth production in the future.
Blow mold order process:
1. Verify and confirm the model of the bottle blowing machine.
2. Specification of PET preform used (bottle mouth size, weight,
design, etc.). 3. Complete requirements for bottle design.
4. Discuss and submit the design drawings to the customer for
confirmation.
5. Whether it needs to be equipped with related replacement parts,
such as preform holder stretch rods, etc.
6. Obtain the correct preform sample for testing
7. Complete CNC machining, surface treatment, etc., install and
test.
8. Provide the final bottle sample to get the acceptance
confirmation, and then ship it.
Operating specifications of 4000BPH 0-2L Automatic 4 Cavity PET
bottle blow molding machine:
(1) Before starting each shift, lubricating oil must be added to
each movable part once. (Manipulator, manipulator guide rail, mold
opening and closing guide rail)
(2) The swing arm can be added once every (3-4) days. The large
chain and small chain of the heating machine can be used once a
month. Frequently check whether the reducer of the main engine and
the reducer of the heating machine are short of oil. The main
engine bearing can be added once every 3 months.
(3) Before production, check whether the moving parts are firm,
whether the screws are loose and fall off, especially in places
with strong impact, whether the belt drive part is abnormal.
(4) Check whether the high-pressure gas source, low-pressure gas
source, power source, and water source are normal.
