Brief Introduction:
In the process of metallographic sample preparation, the grinding
and polishing of the sample is an essential process. After the
grinding and polishing of the sample, a bright surface like a
mirror can be obtained.
Iqualitrol HMPB-2 semi-automatic metallographic sample grinding and
polishing machine adopts high-end touch screen, and is equipped
with electric grinding and polishing head. It can grind and polish
four samples at one time.
Iqualitrol HMPB-2 has the characteristics of stable rotation, free
hands, low noise, convenient operation, and high efficiency. The
rotational speed of the grinding and polishing plate is infinitely
adjustable between 50-1000r/min.
The grinding and polishing process of the sample can be completed
by replacing the metallographic abrasive paper and polishing
fabric, which shows a wider application.
The bottom shell adopts integral plastic absorption, with novel
appearance, and has its own cooling device, which can cool the
sample during grinding and polishing to prevent damage to the
metallographic structure due to overheating of the sample.
Iqualitrol HMPB-2 is applicable to the metallographic laboratory of
factories, colleges and universities, and scientific research
institutions, and is an ideal equipment for grinding and polishing

into the clamping plate, click Start, and the grinding head and
grinding plate will run automatically.
