Inspection principle

The solution uses 6 sets of high-resolution industrial cameras and high-performance strobe light sources to conduct all-round defect detection for the appearance of bottle cap products. The equipment can be independently arranged at the customer's site. The detection speed is 300-500 pieces/minute. The equipment can operate 7*24 hours a day, and the unqualified products can be automatically eliminated online.

Application of cameras

• For the detection of the top surface of the bottle cap, the top surface of the bottle cap is suspended by the vacuum adsorption belt, and a set of industrial cameras are installed below, and with the use of visual light source, the image of the top surface of the bottle cap is collected for processing.
• For the detection of the concave surface of the bottle cap, a set of industrial cameras are installed above the bottle cap, and with the use of visual light source, the image of the concave surface of the bottle cap is collected for processing.
• For the detection of the outer side of the bottle cap, 4 sets of industrial cameras are installed around the bottle cap to form a 360-degree ring surface detection, which is used in conjunction with the visual light source, and the side image is collected and processed by the system.
