► Brief Introduction
It can work for handheld pulse oximeters (GE Ohmeda TuffSat*,
3775), tabletop pulse oximeters (3700 series, 3800, 3900, 3900P),
respiratory gas monitors (4700, 5250 RGM), CARESCAPE modular
monitors and S/5, AS/3, CS/3 modular monitors with M-OSAT module,
Cardiocap*/5 with N-XOSAT option.
Prior to placing TruSignal SpO2 Reusable Sensor, make sure the
patient’s finger is free of artificial nails, nail polish and
debris.
1. When placing the sensor on your patient, make sure the pod of
their finger covers sensor window at the bottom of the sensor.
2. Ensure proper circulation and that the Sensor wire runs down the
patients finger.
