Rockwell Hardness Testing Machine ZHRSJ-150QHY with special purpose
for Gas Cylinder.
ZHRSJ-150QHY equips with 8-inch touch screen and high-speed ARM
processor, intuitive display, friendly human-computer interaction,
easy operation; fast computing speed, large database storage,
automatic data correction, and provide data broken line reports.
Regardless of the size and location of workpiece, the distance
between workpiece and indenter, the worktable can be automatically
lifted and loaded, and the Rockwell hardness of the workpiece can
be automatically measured;
Large workbench 730*500mm (customizable), which can test large
workpieces smoothly;
Two-axis linkage synchronous lifting structure, stable lifting;
With temperature measurement function, digital temperature
measurement circuit, long-term work, stable and reliable;
Support to set hardness range, when the test value exceeds the set
range, an alarm will sound;
With software hardness value correction function, the hardness
value can be directly corrected within a certain range;
Support conversion of full hardness scales can be carried out
automatically;
Configure a wireless Bluetooth printer, and output data through
RS232, USB (optional) ports;
Accuracy complies with GB/T230.2, ISO 6508-2 and American ASTM E18
standards.
