LS-Y type screw conveyor is the use of international standard
products, equivalent to ISO1050-75 standards, is in accordance with
JB/T7679-95 "screw conveyor" standard design and manufacturing, is
the replacement of GX type screw conveyor products. LS-Y type screw
conveyor is the use of rotating spiral will be transported along
the material along the fixed housing and transport work. When the
screw conveyor works, the material enters the trough by the feed
port, and moves along the shell axially under the drive of the
rotating spiral blade until the discharge port is discharged.
Installation Angle is generally between 30° ~ 45°, if necessary, up
to 60°.

industries, suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying powder,
granular and small block materials, such as coal, ash, slag,
cement, food, material temperature is less than 200℃. Screw conveyor is not suitable for conveying metamorphic, viscous, easy to caking
material.

Working principle
Screw conveyor is welded in a cylindrical shell with continuous
spiral blades, and the shell rotates with spiral blades. Add the

with the spiral tube rotation together to achieve the forward

Application
Screw conveyor according to the transmission form is divided into
shaft screw conveyor and shaftless screw conveyor. According to the
appearance, it is divided into U-shaped screw conveyor and tubular
screw conveyor. Axial flow screw conveyor is suitable for cement,
fly ash, lime, food and other non-viscous powder materials and
small particle materials; Shaftless screw conveyor is suitable for
conveying viscous, easily wound materials (such as sludge,
biomass,), fibers, etc.
