Advantages
1. Chrome zirconium copper:high hardness, wear resistance, high
temperature resistance and good heat dissipation.
2. Spot welding electrode head:it does not stick to the workpiece,
and the welding is firm and efficient.

the hardness is still high under high temperature, and the welding
process is not easy to deform.

Different Types of Electrodes
Curved Electrode
Curved electrode bears eccentric force distance when welding is
stressed, and is prone to deflection during welding, which makes
the upper and lower electrodes face poorly in the middle.
Therefore, the allowable electric force is smaller than that of
straight electrode, and the processing is also more complex.
