V. Through the dies

Use pliers to break the wire to get a smaller section.
Use pliers to make the wire through the dies, then pull the wire out. Pay attention to the dies` front and back.
If wire breaks can use Cold welding machine to fix.

VI. Operation and precautions

1. Make sure the machine is clean.
2. Power source.
3. Ground wire grounded.
4. Lubrication oil should be clean.
5. The spool is well fixed to the machine.
6. The pay-off shelf is ok..
7. No leak from the machine.
8. Make sure the dies are in the right positions.
9. Adjust the traverse width to fit the spool.
10. The cooling fan.
11. Machine foundation is fixed securely.
12. Lubrication pipes are ok, no block.

VII. Installation

The machine should be installed in the flat clean, well-ventilated ground, shock-absorbing rubber block on the base of the machine, placed by horizontal correction.
Use the foundation screws to fix the four sides of the machine on the ground to ensure that the machine is in operation, no vibrate.
Electrical control box RST terminal for the external power cord, ground wire terminal must be grounded.
