XI Installation of Hydro Pneumatic Fenders

5-1. Drag the fender to the place of installation.

5-2. Connect the rope chain to the towing ring.

5-3. Secure the suspension chain and the rope chain securely.

Warning:

1) Rope chain fasteners: the rope chain should be held tight at low water level.

2) The fender must be where the parallel line of the submarine touches the fender.

3) Check that the intended rear surface does not come into contact with the scaffold when the fenders are compressed.
