Inspection principle
Our company's design scheme uses 7 sets of high-resolution
industrial cameras and high-performance strobe light sources to
conduct all-round defect detection for the appearance of white
round tube products. The whole set of detection equipment includes
mechanical transmission parts, visual electronic hardware and
detection system software, which can be connected The customer's
on-site equipment is used.
The detection speed is 120-160 pieces/min. The defective products
can be automatically eliminated online, and the good products are
counted and binned. The detection equipment needs to be regularly
maintained and cleaned during use (such as conveyor belt cleaning,
camera cleaning, etc.).
Application of camera
- The mouth and internal inspection of the round pipe is conveyed
according to the way the mouth of the pipe is facing downwards. A
set of industrial cameras is installed under the mouth of the pipe
to cooperate with the use of visual light sources to collect the
images of the mouth of the pipe and the interior for processing.
- For the detection of the outer bottom of the circular tube, a set
of industrial cameras is installed on the top, which is used in
conjunction with the visual light source to collect images of the
outer bottom of the tube for processing.
- For the inspection of the injection point at the outer bottom of
the round tube, a set of industrial cameras is installed at the
obliquely upper position on the outside of the tube body. With the
use of visual light sources, the characteristic images of defects
at the injection point are collected at an oblique angle to achieve
the detection effect.
- For the inspection of the outer side of the round pipe body, 4 sets
of industrial cameras are installed around the pipe body to form a
360-degree annular surface inspection. With the use of visual light
sources, the images of the outer side of the pipe body are
collected and processed by the system.
After-sale service
The company has a complete technical service team and rapid
response mechanism, and has dedicated service specialists for each
customer, who can receive technical consultation and fault reports
from customers at any time. And to ensure rapid response to
customer emergencies, to ensure that customers receive satisfactory
service.During the epidemic or due to special reasons, when
after-sales engineers are unable to reach the site, the service
center can remotely adjust customer equipment for troubleshooting
and technical consultation.
After the equipment arrives at the customer site, the after-sales
engineer arrives in time to carry out equipment installation,
commissioning, and operation training. The product quality of the
whole machine is traceable, and the quality warranty period is 1
year from the date of acceptance. In the event of non-human faults
during the warranty period, after-sales engineers will quickly
arrive at the site or provide remote guidance for free maintenance.
