Machine Features:
The machine is suitable for screen printing various colors of UV
inks, foil stamping and other decorations on containers, bottles,
caps, material bottles, mugs, mascara bottles, cream jars and other
products.
Developed for small container printing, the machine is compact and
has a small footprint.
The machine adopts integrated turntable design, all printing
functions are completed on the same set of fixture, printing
accuracy is as high as ±0.1mm, and will not scratch the product.
The machine is driven by digital servo motors, which can realize
360-degree product printing, and is equipped with remote management
and service functions (Industry 4.0).
The machine adopts well-known brand electrical components, PLC
control system, touch screen and wireless tablet operation is easy
to use and reliable performance.

What is the difference between a linear screen printing machine and
a CNC rotary screen printing machine?
1. Straight line screen printing machine is faster than CNC rotary
screen printing machine, but the printing accuracy is lower.
2. Straight line presses are modular combinations, the more colors
the larger the footprint, while CNC rotary is a rotating structure
that will save space.
3. CNC printers are easier to use with remote management and
service feature.
4. For CNC machine, all printing functions will be done in the same
set of fixture, which will avoid the product being scratched.
5. All adjustments such as printing head, screen frame etc. can be
fixed by wireless tablet PC, but linear machine must be adjusted
manually.
