- This model is suitable for printing UV inks in various colors on
plastic round, oval, square bottles and cans.
- The printing function of the machine is servo-driven and
digitally controlled for 360-degree printing.
- The machine is modular, with each module including separate
screen printing and UV curing functions, and linear connections for
up to 8-color integrated production lines.
- The machine can be connected to a foil stamping or labeling
module to become a multifunctional printing line with screen
printing and foil stamping or labeling.
- The bottle feeding conveyor can be connected directly to the
bottle making equipment or to an automatic bottle trimmer to
replace manual bottle feeding.
- After printing, it can be connected with finished product
inspection module to divert unqualified products instead of manual
inspection.
- After printing, the discharge can be connected to the bagging
machine, instead of manual bagging.
