TECHNICAL DATA:

• Steam direct heating, due to its short heating time, provides good protection for materials with high heat sensitivity and can effectively reduce the loss of nutrients and taste damage caused by thermal sterilization.
• The system is equipped with a built-in superheated water generator and can be equipped with an external ice water system and online homogenization and sterile filling according to customer requirements；
• The equipment structure is compact and self-contained；
• Only require running water, electricity, and compressed air；
• The minimum feeding amount is 4-5 liters, reducing the experimental time；
• Micro, mobile laboratory, covering only 5-6 square meters；
• The control panel is centrally controlled and can be connected to a computer for control. The test data can be printed；online recording, downloading, automatically generating curve analysis, and permanently saving
