Ultrafine pulveriser machine is a device that uses air separation, heavy pressure grinding, and shearing to achieve ultra-fine crushing of dry materials.

It consists of a cylindrical crushing chamber, grinding wheels, grinding rails, fans, material collection system, etc. The material enters the cylindrical crushing chamber through the feeding port and is crushed by the grinding wheel that moves in a circular motion along the grinding track, achieving crushing.

The crushed material is carried out of the crushing chamber by the negative pressure airflow caused by the fan and enters the material collection system. After being filtered by the filter bag, the air is discharged, and the material and dust are collected to complete the crushing.
