This pulverizer machine uses high-speed relative motion between the
movable and fixed plates to crush the material through a
comprehensive effect of impact, shear, friction, and mutual impact
between the materials.
The motion system of the machine rotates continuously at high speed
in a unidirectional direction, and is driven by an electric motor,
a belt, and a movable disc for high-speed rotation. It uses a
single belt rotation to ensure smooth transmission during
high-speed rotation. The front cover of the machine is opened after
shutdown to clean the internal cavity of the machine and ensure the
cleanliness of the working surface. The crushed material can be
directly discharged from the machine's abdomen. The fineness of the
crushing degree can be achieved through different aperture sieves.
The crushing unit consists of a main unit, a material collection
bag, and a dust removal unit, which avoids dust flying during the
