Structural feature:
★Frame structure, modular design, precision machining and precise
assembly; the main drive of the slitting and pressing line adopts
the precision hexagonal shaft and hexagonal sleeve of alloy steel;
the single transmission of the slitting and pressing line adopts
the precision gears and racks of alloy steel; Line row single guide
adopts precise linear guide and slider.
★Slitting knife and crimping wheel are synchronously
servo-controlled to automatically arrange orders, which is fast,
accurate and reliable;
★Automatic order change for slitting and crimping, 1 seconds for
order change, fast order change and less waste of order change;
★Synchronous servo motor controls slitting, line pressing and
arranging, and the speed is adjusted synchronously with the speed
of the cardboard;
★There are two sets of crimping rollers in the front and rear. Each
group of crimping rollers is arranged in two rows before and after.
★The front row crimping wheel is used as a pre-pressing wheel,
which is pre-pressed first and then concave-pressed to improve the
quality of cardboard crimping;
★The front row crimping wheel is used as a flat crimping wheel, and
the lower crimping wheel is a power smooth roller, which improves
the quality of the cardboard flat crimping line;
