The mold measures 400mm in length, 450mm in width, and 456mm in height. It is a two-plates mold equipped with a cold runner system. The mold base is of standard quality, featuring precise machining and a well-thought-out design that reduces heat loss. A cashew gate is utilized as the gate system. The mold has a tool life of up to 500,000 shots. The surface finish is achieved using A surface EDM to VDI27# standard. Manufactured according to LKM standard, the mold's cavity and core are constructed from hardened steel (1*1/S136).
