decomposition temperature of 340°C, this PCB ensures reliable

allowing for efficient heat dissipation. It guarantees high

ensuring optimal functionality. Additionally, its excellent CAF
resistance and low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE)

The stackup of this PCB consists of copper layers, prepreg 370HR,
and FR-4 core 370HR, providing the necessary stability and
structural integrity.
The finished board thickness is 1.02mm, with a finished copper
weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) per layer. The surface finish is
Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold (ENIG), ensuring excellent conductivity and corrosion
resistance.
With a board dimension of 122.87mm x 128.5mm, this PCB offers ample
space for component placement. It supports minimum trace/space of
4/4 mils and minimum hole size of 0.203mm. The via plating
thickness is 20μm, and the silkscreen is applied in white color on
both top and bottom layers.
This PCB complies with IPC-Class-2 standards, guaranteeing
high-quality manufacturing and adherence to industry guidelines. It
has undergone a 100% electrical test before shipment, ensuring
optimal functionality and reliability.
